I worked out last night. Ran a mile and a half, did the stepper for 30mins, and strength training for 30mins. Right after my workout, i had a banana and a cup of ff milk. Once I was home, I had some chicken soup I made the day before with 10 saltines and an ounce of cheddar cheese. (i could have done w/o the saltines and cheese but i was still hungry!)
I seriously eat too much =X
Now to this morning: I woke up and made some lunch and breakfast to take to work b/c I refuse to eat out right now. Here’s my eats for the afternoon:
Breakfast- 1pc ww toast/1 egg white/cup of tea w/ milk/ 1cup of cantalope
Lunch- 1.5 cup of cauliflower mash w/sprinkle of cheddar on top/.5cup of arugula/3 oz of chicken breast
Snack- 1 cup of cantalope/1oz of cheddar/coffee
I’m going to the gym after work, so I don’t know what I’m having for dinner. Ideally, I’d like to have a shake and nothing else, but it’s so hard! I need to conquer this never ending hunger! arghhh!
